Green Noodles -Japanese Style
Green jade noodles are very healthy, they are excellent for Asian soups or fried noodles.
Preparation: Put the noodles in 450ml of boiling water and leave it for 4-5 minutes, then stir well and add vegetables or meat as required. You can also fry the soaked noodles in a frying pan and combine them with vegetables, meat or seafood if necessary.
