The most famous Thai noodle dish in 30min very easy to make yourself.
1. Soak the rice noodles in hot water for 1-2 minutes and drain
2. Add the seasoning in 50ml of water and stir well
3. Add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and 50g of fresh shrimp or meat and 40g of tofu in a pan. Fry for 3 minutes or until shrimp or tofu is brown. Put noodles (from Step 1) and seasoning (from Step 2) in and cook well. Add 1 egg, 15g dried shrimp, 100g fresh bean sprouts, 20g Chinese chives and 30g crushed peanuts. Mix well and cook for an additional 3 minutes, serve immediately.
